The Great Office Christmas Upgrade

1. About the Competition

The Great Office Christmas Upgrade is a promotional competition organized by OppoSuits as part of its 2026 Christmas campaign, The Jolly Clock-Out.

We're on a mission to make office Christmas parties a little less business and a lot more Christmas.

Employees are invited to nominate their office for the ultimate Christmas party upgrade. One winning office will receive festive OppoSuits outfits for its team and an additional $1,000 party budget.

By entering or participating in the competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Who Can Participate?

The competition is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their place of residence.

  • Are employed by, or otherwise officially part of, the office or company they nominate.

  • Nominate a genuine, operating business or organization located in Europe or the United States.

  • Have a valid email address and provide accurate information.

The competition is open to eligible offices located in Europe and the United States, subject to applicable local laws.

Employees of OppoSuits, its affiliated companies and individuals directly involved in organizing or judging the competition, together with their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.

The nominated office must have an existing Christmas party planned or be able to confirm an eligible upcoming company Christmas celebration. OppoSuits is upgrading an existing event, not organizing an entire party from scratch.

The office must be willing and able to accept the prize, arrange its existing celebration and cooperate with reasonable logistical requirements.

3. How to Enter

Participating is simple.

Step 1 — Nominate your office

Complete the nomination form on the official campaign website. Provide the requested information about yourself and your office.

Step 2 — Confirm your nomination

Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to verify your nomination and access your office's dedicated Office Wall.

Step 3 — Rally your coworkers

Share your Office Wall with colleagues, friends and family. Invite them to support your office, tell their Christmas party stories and contribute photos.

Every genuine nomination counts. Your entire office does not need to participate, and one valid nomination is enough for your office to be considered.

4. The Office Wall

Every nominated office can have its own Office Wall: a dedicated place to share stories, photos and enthusiasm for the ultimate Christmas party upgrade.

Coworkers may contribute their experiences, and friends and family may show their support.

Important: Office Wall support is not a public vote. The office with the most supporters does not automatically win.

OppoSuits will evaluate nominations based on the overall quality and suitability of the entry, including the stories and contributions received. The number of supporters may provide context but does not determine the result.

Additional contributions are encouraged but are not mandatory for a valid nomination.

OppoSuits reserves the right to review, hide or remove content that is inappropriate, misleading, offensive, fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise unsuitable for the campaign.

5. Competition Period

The competition opens on November 1, 2026.

Nominations close on November 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST, New York time).

The winning office is scheduled to be revealed on November 25, 2026.

Only nominations received within the official entry period will be eligible.

OppoSuits may establish an earlier deadline for additional Office Wall contributions, if clearly communicated to participants in advance.

6. The Prize

One winning office will receive The OppoSuits Party Starter Kit, consisting of:

A. The Christmas Wardrobe Upgrade

Festive Christmas outfits for the winning office's team.

Participating employees will be able to choose their preferred Christmas outfit from a specially curated selection of products made available by OppoSuits for this competition.

The available selection may include Christmas suits, blazers, sweaters, onesies and other festive OppoSuits styles.

All product choices are subject to available inventory, sizes and the selection offered by OppoSuits. Where a chosen product or size is unavailable, OppoSuits may offer a reasonably comparable alternative.

B. An Additional £1,000 Party Budget

The winning office will receive an additional £1,000 to help upgrade its existing Christmas celebration.

This contribution is intended for the winning office's Christmas party and is not a personal cash prize for the nominating employee.

The party budget will be provided to the winning company or its authorized party organizer in accordance with the payment arrangements agreed with OppoSuits.

Prize Conditions

The prize is awarded to one winning office, not individually to each person who submitted or supported its nomination.

The prize does not include the organization of a complete Christmas event, venue hire, transportation, accommodation or additional expenses unless expressly confirmed by OppoSuits.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another company. Any substitution will be subject to applicable law and must be of reasonably equivalent value.

7. How the Winner Is Selected

The winner will be selected by OppoSuits following a review of eligible nominations and their Office Wall contributions.

The judging criteria will include:

  • The office's story: Why does this office deserve a Christmas party upgrade?

  • Christmas party spirit: The creativity, personality and enthusiasm demonstrated through the nomination and contributions.

  • Team involvement: Genuine engagement from coworkers and supporters, without automatically favoring larger offices.

  • Practical feasibility: Whether the proposed upgrade can reasonably be delivered within the available timeframe, location and prize conditions.

There is no public voting round.

Backings, likes, shares or the number of submissions do not guarantee selection.

OppoSuits will document the selection process and may involve an independent judge where required by applicable rules.

The final winner will be selected according to the published judging criteria, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Winner Notification and Acceptance

The selected office will be contacted using the email address provided during nomination.

The nominated office may be required to confirm its eligibility, Christmas party arrangements, team size, delivery details and authorization to accept the prize.

The selected office must respond within five (5) calendar days of receiving the winner notification.

If the selected office cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements, declines the prize or cannot reasonably receive the prize, OppoSuits may select another eligible office according to the same judging criteria.

The winning office is scheduled to be publicly announced on November 25, 2026. The announcement may be subject to final verification and acceptance of the prize.

9. Fair Participation and Fraud Prevention

OppoSuits wants the competition to be fair and enjoyable for everyone.

Participants must not submit false information, impersonate others, create fake companies or use automated systems to manipulate nominations, Office Wall activity or supporter counts.

Creating artificial support through duplicate or fabricated identities, bots, coordinated fake submissions or other deceptive methods is prohibited.

OppoSuits may investigate suspicious activity, disregard invalid contributions and disqualify an entry where there is sufficient evidence of a material violation of these rules.

Genuine participation will not be penalized merely because an office receives substantial support.

10. Stories, Photos and Other Content

Participants may voluntarily submit stories, photographs and other content to their Office Wall.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to share the material.

  • The content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

  • You have obtained any necessary permissions from identifiable individuals featured in the material.

  • The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Use during the 2026 campaign

By submitting content for publication, you grant OppoSuits a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display that content as necessary to operate The Jolly Clock-Out 2026 competition and its associated Office Walls.

Potential use in The Jolly Clock-Out 2027

OppoSuits may wish to feature selected stories, photographs and other submitted content in the 2027 edition of The Jolly Clock-Out.

With the participant's separate, optional permission, OppoSuits may reproduce, edit, publish and share the approved content in connection with The Jolly Clock-Out 2027, including on OppoSuits websites, social media channels, digital advertising and campaign-related promotional materials.

This permission is limited to The Jolly Clock-Out and does not authorize the use of submitted content in unrelated OppoSuits campaigns, product promotions or other marketing initiatives.

Participants are not required to grant permission for future promotional use to enter the competition, support an office or be eligible to win.

Where necessary, OppoSuits may request additional written permission or a separate release, particularly where identifiable individuals appear in submitted content.

Participants may contact [email protected] to request removal of their content or withdraw permission for future use, subject to applicable law. OppoSuits will stop future uses covered by a valid withdrawal and remove content from channels under its control where required. Material already lawfully published or distributed may not always be retractable.

For campaign submissions, the specific content-use limitations in this section take precedence over any broader promotional content license in OppoSuits' general website Terms of Use.

11. Privacy and Communications

OppoSuits processes personal information submitted during the competition to administer nominations, verify entries, operate Office Walls, review participation, contact participants and deliver the prize.

Participants may receive necessary campaign-related emails, including nomination confirmations, Office Wall access instructions and winner-related communications.

Entering the competition or supporting an office does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Marketing communications will only be sent where OppoSuits has an appropriate legal basis, including separate consent where required.

Choosing not to receive marketing emails does not affect eligibility or the judging outcome.

12. Prize Delivery and Responsibilities

OppoSuits will coordinate the delivery of eligible prize items with the winning office or its designated organizer.

The winning office is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, collecting the required sizes and product choices from its participating employees, and coordinating its existing Christmas celebration.

Delivery is subject to stock availability, shipping destinations, customs requirements and reasonable logistical deadlines.

OppoSuits will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize within the agreed schedule, but cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date where circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it.

Any applicable taxes or reporting obligations relating to the prize will be handled according to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

13. Changes, Cancellation and Liability

OppoSuits will administer the competition fairly and in accordance with these published Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances outside its reasonable control materially affect the competition, including technical failures, fraud, legal restrictions or events preventing prize delivery, OppoSuits may take reasonable corrective measures, subject to applicable law.

Any material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not unfairly disadvantage participants who entered in accordance with the published rules.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is organized by OppoSuits and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok.

Participants release these platforms from responsibility for the administration of the competition to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable legal requirements in the participant's jurisdiction.
